Mr.Raja Atif was our broker along with Mr.Anas. Some other brokers from other companies whom I had contacted didn’t even show up and instead spoke over the phone and asked Security guy to handle the viewing. But these two guys were exceptional. In a span of 2-3 hours, they relentlessly and dedicatedly showed us almost 7-8 properties until we found the right one. Despite finding one of the properties that we saw to be satisfying , these guys understood we were looking for something else and took us to 3-4 more properties where we ended up liking the last one. They were ready to show even one more and only stopped after we said ok.Mr.Arif was also very helpful in negotiating a good price and helped us talk in detail about terms and conditions regarding the property. 5 stars for sure for them

Raja Atif, you know when you must add someone to your contacts, not just for yourself but to share with co-workers. An agent like Raja is not common. In my humble opinion, he is one of the best I have met in my 14 years in Dubai. He listens, searches, and does not take you time on options, that you clearly are not wanting. An amazing fellow. He also takes very high quality videos of the Villas to forward to you. He does not walk to fast, nor too slow, he also adds just a few verbal notes. This gentleman gives good information, listens and most of all is effective at getting the most out of our time!! Thank you.
