I first met Dinesh Yadav from Greha Pravesh Real Estate one year ago when he made a sales call to offer me a property in Dubai. It seemed to be just another of many similar calls which you receive every day. I consider myself a kind of a buyer difficult to persuade, one always looking for a perfection while avoiding risks. So, I would listen to an agent, sometimes even go and see a property, but in the end I would resist the idea of buying.The story with Dinesh started the same way. I accepted to meet with him and his manager Dhruv Kumar to view a new development in the outskirts of the city.
