I had the pleasure recently of dealing with Muhammad Namatullah who was the Real Estate Broker for a property that we were looking to rent. I have been in the UAE now for nearly 17 years and this was by far the best experience I have had with any agent. From the first minute Muhammad was sincere, polite and genuine in all his communication. During the course of the transaction his response was extremely swift and always provided complete information. I have been renting in dubai for the past 10 years, This is one of the best Agency I worked with special thanks to Talha. due to the following reasons: The fine print in the tenancy contract was fair to both landloard and to the tenant. We had to extend our tenancy contract for 3 months then for 10 days extra. The agency was nothing but supportive and flexible.. I even had to request a move out permit with a very short notice, they were very supportive and understanding of how a move out can be stressful .. would work with them again

UPDATE:A few months after moving in, Hamptons is now requesting and forcing me to pay for the chiller in the flat I rented back in March 2024, which was advertised as having a FREE CHILLER. The contract they made me sign didnt match the advertising. I did read and ask the agent Silvio about the chiller before signing, and he confirmed face-to-face and on WhatsApp (I have a message from him confirming the free chiller).Hamptons didnt bring this matter to the landlord, who now thinks I was aware of this from the beginning and that I am refusing to pay, which is incorrect. Be aware of this scam when renting a property with them. Read the contract carefully and ensure that it matches the advertising and that you agree with everything you are signing for. They seem to think they have free rein.To this day, they are still advertising properties in the same building I live in as chiller free, knowing they are not. So if you are someone who budgets everything, take this into consideration.My review before (I though everything was fine) :Thanks to Silvio and the exceptional service provided by Hamptons, I finally moved in my dream flat in Dubai. Silvios dedication and efficiency were truly remarkable, he made the entire process remarkably smooth and straightforward. Unlike previous experiences, where issues and miscommunications were all too common even after signing the cheques, working with Silvio was easy.
