A very nice facility to stay in a peaceful environment. Near to park and easy to commute as it is near to metro. Building is freshly painted and Amin was very courteous in showing the property. -

The best part of being in this building is the ability to arrange everything and be supported by a great business partner - in my case Amin. He is definitely going above and beyond his job-duties to find the best solution for his tenants. Location near the mall and close to my work, bus, metro, airport... -

The building is clean, the apartment is clean and fully equipped, and the response to maintenance is quick, but the monthly rent is very expensive and there is a monthly increase. -

Pourya and the staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. If we need anything to be repaired, Pourya is very quick to respond and rectify any issues. The flat is very comfortable and we are enjoying our stay. Thanks very much for being so helpful! -
