A very nice facility to stay in a peaceful environment. Near to park and easy to commute as it is near to metro. Building is freshly painted and Amin was very courteous in showing the property. -

The building is clean, the apartment is clean and fully equipped, and the response to maintenance is quick, but the monthly rent is very expensive and there is a monthly increase. -

Pourya and the staff are very helpful, polite and friendly. If we need anything to be repaired, Pourya is very quick to respond and rectify any issues. The flat is very comfortable and we are enjoying our stay. Thanks very much for being so helpful! -
