Great and very responsive service from agent Zuheb. He was always very responsive and was a great negotiator with the landlord to come to agreements that worked for both of us. Got the deal completed very quickly and provided options when required. Very flexible and down to earth and was helpful when it came to providing contacts. Purchasing a new home is a stressful process. Homes Port Real Estate supported us from start to the bitter end. It was a challenging and complex transaction that required a lot of time and personal navigation to achieve the outcome of final key handover. Our agent remained positive throughout, however, there were some lessons to be learned along the way with regards to the issues with completing the NOC process from the master developer and the unexpected payment of late fees due to the late release of the FOL from the lender. However, despite these issues Homes Port Real Estate supported this difficult period of pain whilst the systems and processes hindered progress. Would recommend Mr Zubeb to anyone looking to purchase a new home.
