I had an apartment sold through Horizon Gate and it was a very positive experience, these guys have an in-depth knowledge of steps, timelines and paperwork needed from my side and the buyer. Even though my situation was not straight forward (I was out of the country and had to use POA) they did not hesitate to go the extra mile to make the sale happen, truly well done. One thing to add to it is the speed they found the buyer was impressive, over all avery well deserved 5 star from me and will definitely be using them again for any dealings with real estate in Dubai.

Excellent service, very competent and professional approach! I called the ad on Saturday, and despite the fact that it was a weekend, Rami came with me to look at rental options! As a result, he offered me 3-4 other options that suited me better. I signed the lease in a week!!! Very professional work. In addition, he helped at all stages (registering the contract, connecting to networks), actively bargained with the landlord on the terms, defending my interests! After this deal, Rami and I became friends! I highly recommend!!! The service is different from typical Dubai))
