Saber is absolutely fantastic agent. Recently I rented an apartment from him and team and everything from start to finish was excellent. Saber’s professionalism is top class. He quickly got back to me whenever I had any questions. He ensured my apartment was in perfect condition when I moved in. He ensured cleaners came in and made sure any imperfections were rectified before moving in. We visited the property before I moved in to check everything was in order and he could not have been more attentive, patient and respectful. When I moved in there was a slight issue with the AC and the following day the maintenance came in to fix it straight away and they were early. Saber ensured to check in and text and call to follow up if the issue had been resolved. Saber really went above and beyond to ensure the whole rental process was smooth, comprehensive and supportive. Muhammad Ismaeel Alam helped us choose a rental house for a year while we were on vacation outside of the Emirates. Not only did he make an effort to fully understand our needs showing us different options via video conference, but he also had a lot of patience in addressing all our questions and uncertainties. Just make sure all fees being discussed are including/excluding VAT cos that’s just the downside. We agreed to an already above average fee only to find out upon payment that it wasn’t even with VAT yet.
