    We had a wonderful experience with House Hunters again! Over the past 10 years we have bought, rented and rented out properties within Dubai through House Hunters and have never been disappointed. We have, today transferred our villa in Arabian Ranches to our buyers. Our Agent was Michelle Bryan who did a fantastic job! We approached House Hunters in August 2021 as we were considering selling our villa but would only be happy to sell at a particular price. Michelle valued the villa significantly lower than the price we would be happy to sell at. We weren’t happy for House Hunters to market the villa at this point. However, we asked Michelle to get in touch should the market move more toward the price we would consider selling at. On 11th February, Michelle got in touch to say that if we were interested, she felt we would be able to achieve the selling price we wanted. We asked her to sell the villa for us. On the 4th March we signed an MOU for significantly more than we thought would be achievable. Michelle was professional at all times, listened carefully to our needs and was never pushy. Once we had signed the MOU, we were looked after by Catherine who conducts House Hunters compliancing. Again, Catherine was professional and took us through to transfer beautifully smoothly.
