    Very quick and smooth process. Michael is the agent who you can ask. He is super responsive and very quick in taking actions. We saw the apartment and put an offer. He called us 1 hour later and got a confirmation from the owner. Very understanding and always wants to help you in any way or another especially to facilitate move in.

    Our Agent was Micheal and it was a very smooth process, we’re also pleased with the negotiations to best fit our budget. Our Unit 203 at China C-14 was also newly renovated which made it feel fresh moving into our new home. Micheal also had good connections with pest control, deep cleaning, Wifi and other maintenance which made it pretty quick move in process. Looking forward to living at our new home! Thanks Micheal!
