    We had contact with Ashley from hunt & Harris. We had dealt with a few other realtors, but Ashley put a lot of effort into finding the right property for us. She is super friendly and never gave up. She always kept us updated when a house/apartment became available and immediately arranged a viewing. I highly recommend Ashley.

    We move to RAK from Dubai with my family, it was great pleasure to work with agent Deniro from Hunt & Harris Real Estate, he helps me with all documents to be ready as quickly as possible, also he help me to find the moovers from Dubai to RAK for very cheap price. The place is wonderful, everything is new, not noisy and crowded like in Dubai, its a real dream land.     I have had a good service with a quick response from Hunt and Harris Ras AL Khaimah for the first time after dealing with them since 2012.Out of all the people with whom I have dealt in Hunt and Harris only GRANT SCHROETER satisfied me with very quick positive and assuring response and solving my issue in just a few days.In my experience, he is very humble, friendly and genuinely attentive to clients with a very positive attitude.Except for this experience with GRANT all my other experiences with H&H RAK have been unsatisfactory.

    I have been living here in the UAE for 11 years but entirely new to Ras Al Khaimah, I browsed online for a place to reside and saw one of their available apartments. Apiradee Prommase (Api) assisted me during the entire process, from viewing to moving in. She coordinated with the landlord and was transparent from the beginning.     Dear Hunt & Harris Real EstateWithin this letter I would like to thank you for your professional attitude and services which helped me during my looking for a property in RAK.Not long ago I have decided buying a property in RAK. While I was searching for a real estate that would help me I have chosen some of real estates in RAK. However, I have to say I was not satisfied about services that other real estates were offering. Sometimes I was even surprised, I have to mention not in a good way, how other real estates treated me so unprofessionally.One real estate had me in his car and everywhere around me he had tools and he showed me properties that did not have criteria I was asking for and also during our tour he was making his personal phone calls and text messages. I have to say that this behavior almost made me to decline my trying for buying a property in RAK.Anyway, after that I have decided to take a last chance and I visited your company and I started working with Mr Lange.     I am well impressed with the way HUNT AND HARRIS does business!I bought my first apartment in RAK back in may 2013,(been quite nervous at the time especially post property crash of 2008),after hearing all the stories about investors money been lost. By the time the completion was done on my purchase of my property, i now had full trust with Hunt and Harris, i was so content to see how methodical Hunt and Harris were. so in Nov 2014 i made another investment, so with my eyes shut i had no hesitation but to purchase the second apartment through Hunt and Harris. Also MashAllah, since purchase of both apartment my, both apartments have been continuously let out and have been well managed.
