No messing around, none of the maybe if you pay 1,000,000aed more you can have this instead!. Just relevant choices which were on point. Great communication throughout. Oliver recently found me my dream home and made the entire buying and moving process easy. I contacted Oliver through a property finder ad but that property wasn’t suitable as it was being sold off plan. Oliver listened to my requirements and said to stay in touch. Very quickly Oliver found several suitable villas to view and accommodated various viewings. The villa I’ve purchased was actually over budget but Oliver managed to negotiate the owner down and close the deal. From that point onwards Oliver continued to be incredibly helpful - assisted with access to the villa when required, jumped in when I was having issues with my mortgage provider, was there on the day of transfer to ensure everything went smoothly and even helped when I was struggling with DEWA. Oliver genuinely goes above and beyond, throughout the entire process. Clearly very knowledgeable, well connected and a lovely person. Highly recommend! -
