Nadim from Ideal Homes Real Estate is very reliable and professional. I rented apartment in JLT from him in 2018 and renewing it since last 5 years without any issue. He is helpful in getting the right rental amount as well as resolving any issues with the apartment on time. Definitely recommend him.

For a long time I had been searching for a property in Dubai and my interactions with various real estate brokers had left me disappointed as I am a first time home buyer with a limited budget however most agents that I met were trying to convince me to buy pricey options which were out of my range. I had almost given up on my dream of owning a property in Dubai until I came across Ideal Homes Real Estate. I responded to a property ad on Dubizzle and was invited to visit their office. The nice lady at the reception greeted me warmly and courteously and offered me a nice cup of coffee. I was met by the proprietor of the company Mr Muhammad Nadeem who patiently listened to my requirements and also offered me several options that suited my budget. Over the course of next two weeks Mr Nadeem personally organised several property viewings for me and I finally found my perfect property in Dubai Marina area in Al Majara building. What a moment it was for me to stand in the balcony of my future apartment overlooking the marina! However further challenges awaited in form of financing. My employer who had promised to offer me interest free staff loan previously suddenly withdrew the offer. It was a major setback for me because I had been counting on this loan as a major source of funding. Suddenly I could see my dream home vanishing before my eyes. But then Mr Nadeem came to my rescue again. He leveraged his network of contacts in UAE banking industry to organize a home loan for me. Not only this, Mr Nadeem and his staff facilitated the entire registration process including rhe paperwork at the Dubai Land registry. Not even once during the entire process did I feel worries or stressed. Mr. Nadeem looked after my case as if I was his family member. I have never come across such a knowledgeable, honest, humble, ethical, patient and professional gentleman such as Mr. Nadeem. I would recommend Ideal Homes Real Estate and Mr Nadeem everytime. There might be bigger real estate brokerages out there but none of them can match Ideal Homes in terms of honesty, professionalism, knowledge and high quality service.
