HARE KRISHNAWe arrived from New Delhi on 31st May 25 and were ever since looking for a good property for end use as well as appreciation.Met over a dozen hungry brokers in the market whose only business is to give a free pick up at somehow bring us to a developers sales office...meet their Rm who eventually pushes one to buy n invest in that project. The market is filled with over 60k young amateurs following the same ritual.We contacted iWA properties through an Instagram post n we were well received by Mr Mr Enoc n Mr Asif.They were hands on for our search. We had met over 11/12 brokers before.... but these people nailed it. After all the homework n multiple projects we visited...... they were able to show us n find us the exact 3 golden aspects to buy any property 1) Location 2) Good Developer 3) Payment Plan. We are more than Happy to have found them today on the 17th of June after a thorough hunt in the extensively spread out confusing market n brokers. We hopefully are going ahead with remitting our down payments coming week . These two gentlemen are real assets to iWA
