    I had the chance to view some properties with Muneeb in Ranches 3. He is an absolutely amazing agent and true expert in the area. He told me all the properties that were available. I saw some below market prices but he confirmed me that they are not actually available. Later on I ended up calling the listing agent and the property was actually not available and just a dummy listing.I didn’t had the budget at the moment so I ended up not buying at the moment but I am gonna come back after sometime and definitely not gonna call anyone else. Muneeb guided me throughout the whole process of the mortgage and he was very nice professional and helpful. He is young however he carries very great knowledge of the area and the properties. If anyone is looking for some good advice, he is definitely one of the best.

    I wanna start by saying that this is a 100% honest review. I worked with few other agencies to sell my house but didnt find any serious buyers, only few viewings with no update afterwards. One day Rosana called me and said she is 100% confident that the house will be sold for the price that I had in mind in a short time frame. She started bringing her clients for viewing and it was not even a month I had few serious buyers already. She was always transparent about what to expect. She also helped us throughout the selling process to make sure everything goes smooth and on time. Even owner of the company Jade called few times to help us out about the process. I know sellers receive a lot of calls and emails from many agencies who claim that they have ready buyers, but Jade & Co really have and they are very professional.
