My experience with La Capitale was beyond pleasant. This is not a forced review & I am writing this because everyone involved in my property deal deserves to be appreciated !!Mr. Mehul : He was the face of the company to me. Apart from being a very compelling agent/sales person what set him aside from many other agents I came across was his ability to undestand the client. He offered solutions to be not restricted to his area ( I mean location wise ) of experitse but to other regions as well. When I encountered hiccups along the way of my trasaction he lead the way to find an amicable yet commercially viable solution. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to deal with this company, I am sure one of the finest there is in the business.Mr. Tarun : He was on sales progression side of the deal. I came across & started to deal with him after Mr. Mehul did the hand over. Taking a job is one thing, but finally taking it to the end & executing it is another thing altogether. Mr. Tarun stood besides me to ensure everything was in place. He went above & beyond to clarify all my queries and gave clarity on many aspects which otherwise would have been difficult especially for any first timer. Please ask for him if you are dealing with LaCapital !!Ms. Sara & other admin staff : Though they were not working with me directly, they worked behind the curtains to ensure things are smooth. They were pivtotal in fire-fighting & valuations being in favour. Kudos to all !!I know, some of you who might be reading this might be thinking, Well, that is why we pay the 2% comission , but let me remind you not everyone is worth the 2% comission on a deal, but La Capitale is defenitely worth it !! Kunal Puri has the know-How of the industry, the passion and knowledge to guide his clients to making the right choice. His analytical skills and advises helps customers to make right investment decisions when it comes to properties in Dubai. It is a joy to work with him and make decisions.I also worked with his team members such as Kabir who is relatively new in the job but again shares the similar philosophies and passion that’s been passed on by people like Kunal.
