TOM HARDING was absolutely phenomenal when it came to selling our home. He had his team come in and take amazing photos and a live photo tour of the home which looked incredible. He was there throughout to answer any questions and made the entire transition very smooth. TOM was always there to answer any questions throughout the process and kindly explained every step of the way to make sure we were comfortable and secure before proceeding with everything. He got us a fantastic price for our unit and specialises in a variety of areas. I would definately get in touch with him for any buying or selling needs. She caught my attention at a viewing when responding to a tenant complaint by saying we have to treat people as we would want to be treated. Ill talk to the owner to fix that. I didnt buy that apartment, but she helped me find and buy another. And she then sold my house.Throughout, Kelly has been patient, sought to really understand my needs and priorities, fought for me with the developer of my new property and with the buyer of my old one. She really went the extra mile time and again. She answered dozens of my regulatory questions and ensured we stayed in full compliance in both transactions (even when the developer did not).
