I have the pleasure to deal with Terry ( TERRANCE DAVID KOCHANOWSKI) who has helped me recently with a property. The cycle took around 2.5 to 3 months to find the right property and during this period he was always responsive and professional. He is a really trusted advisor and you can feel it from day one. He is a l trust worthy person and very ethical. He always says the truth and what ever he agrees with you upon, you will always find it happening. I will always recommend him and his company to deal with. He knows the market well and he is very knowledgeable based on his massive in ground experience. You need those kind of individuals to deal with. I really feel comfortable dealing with him and you are in good hands when you are dealing with Terry.

Irina has been super helpful, she is very responsive. the whole process of the rent such as negotiation, contract, move in, and etc was smooth and quick. The unit is a neat one which is really hard to find nowadays, with ll the stuff needed, everything was dry cleaned and packed.
