    Josh at Luxfolio is superb and if youre looking in Downtown and dont speak to him, then youre doing it wrong. Punctual, professional, knowledgeable, smart, personable... and pretty much any other positive adjective you can think of. Once we found the right place for me, he then navigated the negotiations expertly and got both me and the landlord an equitable deal. Really impressed, and if it wasnt for the fact that I am so excited about the apartment he found me that I hope to stay a while, I would use him again next year!

    I reached out to Rachael after seeing one of the properties she was letting out in Downtown. Racheal helped me with my search for an apartment and her customer service and professionalism is second to none.There was clear daylight between Racheals approach when compared to other agents I dealt with from other companies. Racheal was not pushy, she was very respectful, she did put my requirement first (this is very important) as she didnt put me off from wanting to work with her either as she did not engage in high pressure selling technique which is very refreshing. It was a shame I could not close on a property with Racheal, this was not a fault on her she just didnt have the inventory I wanted at the time however, will I recommend Racheal as a top agent?
