    One word about the team and especially Ehtsham Bashir is just highly professional!! I have had really bad experiences with my previous real estate company and was very sceptical and cautious. But it was not the case with Mr Ehtsham. They kept all their promises and was very easy to deal with. Cheers guys!!

    Im currently staying at a studio from Mahenti Vacation Home, and the experience has been great so far. The place is clean and comfortable. Ehtsham Bashir has been very helpful and professional throughout. Hes always available, friendly, and made everything easy from the start. Really appreciate his support and highly recommend both him and Mahenti Vacation Home. He’s a genuine and trustworthy person who truly cares about the guests.

    From day one and they have been very professional. I was looking for a studio for my family and had to shift in few days, I contacted Ehtsham Bashir and he was very kind to pick me up in his personal car and showed me few places, then things went very smooth from signing the agreement and getting everything done for you, Moazzam at the office is very efficient & respectful, he answers your complaints very fast and deals with it very professionally.. I had sewage problems and Ossama from the maintenance team was very efficient and fast in dealing with my apartment issues. This is a great team, very understanding & professional in everything they do… thank you

    Dealt with quite a bit of a hassle with real state agents since the market is full of unprofessional people who would say anything to get you to sign a contract. Im lucky I came across Mozzam who made my first renting experience hassle free.I was in a hurry to move in and the documentation and contract signing was done within one day which I got my keys as well. whole thing was done in a very professional way. really recommend this place for anyone out there.Edit:Ill keep updating this so someone comes across can get an idea what to expect.First week of moving to the place and noticed some issues biggest being their maintenance.1. The guy who is in charge of the maintenance is not in UAE so there is no calling him and he doesnt reply to the messages.2. His crew doesnt speak English so everytime trying to communicate with them I have to take the phone to one of my Indian friends.
