Just wanted to leave a note to say how genuinely impressed we have been with Shehnaz Khalid yesterday.We arranged a viewing for a villa in Damac Hills, we got picked up from the hotel in an executive car, been given a tour to understand all the different areas and then got taken to the property.Although this particular property didn’t tick all the boxes, Shehnaz took the time to discuss different options, explain pros and cons and just being genuinely helpful.You get the sense she is interested in building long lasting partnerships building trust, not quick sales. It was an outstanding experience to purchase our Sidra Villa through Manresa. All the Team members are extremely professional and friendly. The journey started with Ms. Pooja who is an outstanding friendly personality – she is also very customer-focused, responsive and able to identify our requirements and guided us professionally through the different options.
