I highly recommend Metropole Properties for people seeking to rent, buy, or sale. I have been dealing with Metropole Properties for the past 10 years and they are so professional and helpful in terms of assisting and supporting with any requirements. My personal experience has been amazing, where contrary to the general belief from past experience from my colleagues and friends. Outstanding customer service, outstanding property management and in the end but not last an amazing team.Thanks Julia ,Akbar and the management. I rented out my apartment through Metropole and staying here for 3+ months here now. Must say these have been the smoothest 3 years as a tenant :)If you are a tenant like me looking to rent apartment through them and you landed on this review, trust me guys you are in the safest hands possible.For any issue or fix required in the apartment, they are just a whatsapp away.All the apartments have 500 aed as the limit and crossing that the owner has to pay. and with some of my friends who dealth with other companies, it has happened that on purpose the bill is shown below 500 by the agency and money taken from tenant and rest from owner.. but with this company I trust them blindly, never for any repair in these last 3 years have i Paid a single aed.The companies that they work with for fixing the issues like plumbing , electricals and any other ones are all top class and give perfect service everytime.Would really like to Thank you guys for this amazing service, and this review is just a way to give back to the awesome support you have been giving for last three years.

We rented a unit for 4 years with them and never had an issue. They were always helpful and Julie, in particular, was a superstar always responding to our queries on time and assisting whenever possible. Id recommend this agency to any new tenants.

Highly recommend Masood for his professionalism and honesty in dealing with his clients. He goes the extra mile to ensure needs are met and queries answered. Julia, on the other hand, wasnt very supportive and usually unresponsive. I felt safe in reaching out to Masood and he has never let me down.P.S- Im a tenant.
