    I have been looking to buy property in Dubai for the last 2 years. I have spoken with many sales advisors at many different companies.Ended up chatting to Manuela about a Sobha development. She would send me lots of good information. Couple of video calls & a meeting with a family member at the development. I knew this was the one for me.My reason for pursuing the purchase through Manuela, is she was very informative, and although we were in regular contact, she wasn’t pushy. There is too many sales advisors in Dubai chasing commission and fast living, they don’t care what your needs are, only care about themselves. They will literally harass you daily phone calling/ video calling you and interrupting your day.     We were looking to invest in Medinat Jumeirah Living we spoke to many agents and all of them tried to convert us to easy selling properties .. however when we spoke to Sunia Ismail from Metropolitan her approach was entirely diffrent. She never tried to sell us anything she understood our requirements and she worked according to us. she first took us to show apartment of MJL then she managed to arrange a viewing of actual one bedroom apartment she showed us the community around and we really wanted to invest. then she was very honest she told us process of getting apartment is very difficult and she will try her best by mentioning no matter its difficult to secure units but you should stick with MJL as this is the best investment.On the day of launch she managed to get us an apartment.she is hardworking transparent 5 star for her .shahzad khan

    Ms. MARIA VORONINA from Metropolitain was THE ONLY agent, who RESPONSIBLY CONFIRMED the promises given in her flat advertisement at the most respectable real estate internet resource (PF, which, by the way, unfortunately absolutely irresponsibly repeatedly ignores all reports about fake/invalid offers on its pages, keeping ‘em listed and fooling people, stealing their time). Unfortunately, i think it’s not allowed here to name such tricky agencies, which catch a client with some attractive offer, and then it appears, sooner or later, that it’s not valid, it was just a bite, and the agent meanwhile tries to shove the client something else. Regretfully, appears, it’s a very common practice here, nevermind who the agent is – a sweet English dandy, a tough local guy or a nice lady: the absolute majority of local RE agents fools your expectations and steal your time absolutely shamelessly.
