My overall experience with MHM was very good. My agent Jan was keen to follow up on all the maintenance issues I had when I moved to my new apartment, which were quiet a lot. Jan was closely coordinating with the landlord and the maintenance team to insure that all issues are solved in due time.The only thing that I would recommend is that MHM should request authority to directly approve some urgent repair works without going back to the land lord when they are managing the facility, in order to avoid details.

Ms Moka has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Before we met her, I was confident that we had searched the entire Dubai given that we had spoken to probably a dozen agents and visited an array of different properties. My family had just rented an apartment in DIFC, and to our displeasure the house was filled with countless problems, ranging from the AC piping making noises, a dysfunctional fridge, to not having hot water. Im very disappointed that MHM did not clear up these issues prior to renting the apartment out to another tenant; truly irresponsible. If I could give dual ratings for one post, Id definitely rate the people who inspected the house low.To our pleasure however, one of MHMs representatives, Fozia, was consistently on call with me to help ensure that all of these issues get rectified as fast as possible; and they were. Fozia instantly responded to all my of queries and had maintenance people over to inspect the dysfunctionalities in the house ASAP; she turned what seemed to be a disastrous move, into a good one regardless of all the issues. If I could give Fozia more than 5 stars I would.

I have worked with Moqa for the sale of my commercial property in Motor City and without doubt I can confirm that she is one of the best agents In Dubai specially for Commercial units.Her biggest strength is her willingness to go the extra mile for every roadblock in the process by reaching out to different departments including dewa, Dubai courts, Union Properties, edacom, emicool etc. to get issues revolved and get the most recent updated information. These issues and steps included increasing the power load of the unit by finding information and coordination with edacom , Dewa account opening and closure, POA renewal etc.Her direct contacts across different departments were also a key enabler in making progress in our case as my job didnt allow me to be able to visit these departments in person to follow up on the requests.
