    First contact with Christina at M&M was very interesting; during an initial exploratory conversation (as is the case with so many real estate agencies in Dubai) I simply said “give me your best pitch, what would you invest in, why, what would you recommend for the best return on investment”. I know the Dubai market so for me this was an acid test. If she had offered me a sub prime development I’d have known what her rationale was and where her priorities lay… what Christina actually did was offer something which made sense to me by listening to what I was looking for. I subsequently have bought several units and I would definitely recommend her to anybody who is looking for a genuinely professional real estate agent who will give 100%.
