Super long, honest review.overall experience with monaco was pretty good. we rented a unit in motor city from them.. process was smooth and easy. we had multiple issues with the unit and ALOT of maintenance was required, in that matter in all fairness they paid all the money and always next day, so problems was kind of because of bit old unit, but never had an issue with them paying for fixing.middle of the contract we had some financial issues, contacted them and they were flexible to terminate the contract if needed.after ending the contract we had many talks for the security deposit but I had a tough situation and they understood it totally.over all its a real estate agency who runs business so of course you will have some struggles, but my reason for the 5 stars is that when it comes to something critical, they are understanding and they know whay should be done.special thanks to Hareem, she was amazing from day 1 till the end of our relation with them.

I rented a flat at elite 3 at Sport city and I have to say that I had good experience with Monaco. Hareem and Jerin were in contact with me all the time and supported me with the landlord to vacate the flat only with one month penalty while covid 19. They advised clearly all I had to do. They have returned my diposit while I was in Spain, so I cant say anything bad about the company. They have discounted me some money because small damages at the apartment, but all was quite OK and clear with them.
