Move-In is my Real estate broker for 9 years now on the same bldg in IMPZ. It is because they are very professional in dealing with their client, they are very responsive on any inquiries, very considerate. They have good staffs, maintenance group. Most of my request for the rental fees negotiation has been given. My landlord (Chinese national) as well is a very generous owner. Kudos to all Move-IN Staffs especially Ms Helen, Lea, Quennie as they are very helpful, candid employees to deal with. Hope they will have a lot of good clients and more rental units.

Move In Dubai have been managing my property in Dubai for almost 15 years. I engaged Helen, MD of Move In Dubai right from the beginning when my property was ready to be handed over to me. I live in USA, and I am not familiar with Dubai laws and naturally I was very concerned about taking time off from work in USA and travelling to Dubai to take care of all the paperwork for the title and possession of the property. Fortunately, I was introduced to Helen and all my concerns were put to rest. I gave Helen Power of attorney, and she took care of everything and got me the title and possession of my unit without any hassle. I did not have to go to Dubai. Since I was not there in Dubai to take possession of the unit and conduct the walk-thru inspection, Helen did all that and sent me detailed photographs. Not only that, but Helen was also able to rent out the place immediately after I got the possession. It has been almost fifteen years since then and Move In Dubai has very effectively managed my rental unit. They are very efficient in finding good tenants at the best market rate possible. And they take care of everything including finding new tenants, writing contracts, cleaning and maintaining the apartment and taking care of paying HOA service charges and utility bills. They keep me updated with full accounting details and rental money is immediately deposited in my bank account. Helen and her team at Move In Dubai is God’s gift to earth. The whole team is very efficient and very easy to work with. They are very honest and trustworthy. In my 15 years of working with them, I have never had any issues with them. I have recommended them to all my friends. I highly recommend Move In Dubai for all your real estate needs in Dubai.

Incredible Experience while being 8000 miles away in Texas, USA. From start till the finish Helen and her team were extremely professional and methodical. From signing the sales contract till the closing date, Helen looked after each and every aspect of the sales and made sure that everything is in order. She had our POA and within 5 weeks she managed the entire process considering that it is month of Ramadan and timings and office hours are limited. She is trustworthy and has a strong business ethics. While being in the United States 🇺🇸 we were relaxed and assured as we knew we are working with someone who is honest and works with integrity. My wife Tracy and I purchased an apartment in Dubai back in around 2006we met Helen from Move in Dubai around 2010 and were immediately impressed with her! Helen is from UK and has lived and worked in Dubai for over 14 years now.We asked her to assist us by offering a total management service to allow us to rent out the apartment (we live in UK) She agreed. Best thing we ever did.From that day forward Helen and her superb team have ensured the apartment has been let the whole time. Inspections/necessary maintenance/renegotiations regarding rent/arrivals/departures/re decoration....nothing has been too much for Helen Including dealing with the insurance of the building (and remembering renewal dates!)Rent collection, paying management fees etc all dealt with as necessary and an account statement sent every quater or on request normally within 24 hours.Incidentally. this company ALWAYS ask for the owner permission before spending money.Sadly three months ago we decided it was time to sell and of course we asked Helen to handle it.SUPERB service.she illustrated how to assess the current value, advertised, interviewed, negotiated with us and the potential purchaser and arranged the ownership transfer in about 2 months start to finish. We received the UAED funds transfer within 24 hours of the final sale process.What more can i say?Tracy and i would never ever consider buying or renting in Dubai other than through this company. Thats it.Cannot recommend this Company more highly.

This place has been an absolute lifeline for me since buying my property in Dubai about 15 years ago. They have taken care of everything from all my rentals, maintenance, right though to the sale of my property today.When you own a property in a foreign country it is quite stressful knowing who to trust especially when you are not able to visit the country in person. For 12 years Ive resided in Dubai, and for four of those years I worked with the efficient and effective Maebel, under the management of Move In. My experiences before and after Move In have been far from pleasant. As for before, my apartment wanted to keep over 50% of my deposit for no legitimate reason. After taking the apartment to court, I won; however, I wasted my time and energy. Today Im in one of the premier apartments of Emaar, and my landlord has been both non-existent and greedy. The struggle continues as he wants me out of his apartment due to his relentless request to increase rent, even though he has no legal (RERA) right to do so. And this is where Maebel and her team come in. Anytime I had any issues with the apartment, I contacted Maebel and she quickly received the approval from the landlord, and the solution was provided in a timely manner. The building I’d lived in was not of the highest quality, so my requests were often repetitive, and not once was I denied or ignored. Upon renewal, I was contacted on a timely basis and listened to when I inquired about receiving a reduction in my rent. This is one of those cases where you dont know how good you had it until its gone. Maebel and Move In are professional, timely and simply get the job done. If only more things in Dubai could function as reliably, and good.

A true example how real estate agents need to work, treat and deal with the customers.For less of 10min after he show me the apartment and explain to me everything I said: WE HAVE A DEAL!
