In particular, Mrs. Margaret from the Admin department, our main point of contact, has been outstanding. She made our renewal process incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Her support has always been prompt and efficient, especially when we faced any issues in the apartment. Truly appreciate her dedication and professionalism.

While doing the renewal for 2024-2025, Ms Reina has been very helpful. Only I just want to suggest that whenever the in charge is not available, there should be someone on his behalf to approve requests. I believe its mandatory. Thank you bery much. Overall, NLRE is the best!
