I have worked with Anna Zavarzina from National Homes Real Estate on my property requirements since 2016. Anna helped me sell an apartment recently, and it is important to note that Anna’s approach is first class. She updated me on a regular basis, and if there were any stumbling blocks, she would have suggestions and be proactive to resolve these, taken the stress off me which is appreciated given that I live abroad. I have had bad experiences with agents in Dubai like many others reading this may have had, and with most agents, it’s usually focused on financial gain rather than providing a good level of service for the clients needs. Anna’s level of service is professional and excellent and is trustworthy, we need more agents in Dubai like her, hence will certainly recommend to others.I have also had contact with Chris from National Homes too, and his knowledge is exemplary.I would recommend to reach out to Anna for your property requirements and see for yourself.

The whole experience of viewing, putting in an offer, agreeing the contract and doing the handover was an absolute first call experience with Kris. He is incredibly helpful and supportive, not just in the way he is so transparent and honest in the way he deals with you, but also in the way he helped me with all of the other parts of the process including guidance and support on applying for the Ejari, DEWA, move in permit etc. This has been the best experience Ive had with a real estate provider.
