My name is Dessislav Dimitrov. At the end of February 2025, me and my wife where looking to buy an apartment and spotted one, which could fulfil our requirements at Rukan Residence in Wadi Al Safa 7. My wife made the contact and she organize an appointment with the Real Estate Agent. That Agent was Mr. Faisal Javed and after the first good impression, I was amazed by his professional attitude, knowledge and presentation of the property. We had the opportunity to ask as many questions we can and the professional approach and competence of Mr. Faisal Javed where remarkable. It did not take to long for us to decide and after short negotiations between us, we decide to purchase the property. We start working with Mr. Javed to organize the process - signing contact, exchanging documents and preparing the future steps. During the next few weeks, I was relay impressed by the way Mr. Faisal Javed manage the communication and all documentation for our property purchase despite his very busy schedule and other arrangements. Unfortunately, during the Holly Month of Ramadan, there where a lot of delays for one or another reason, Mr. Javed was able to manage through every possible challenge and to make sure that we will be able to complete the purchase. Mr. Faisal Javed manage to have a very professional attitude through the communication with our mortgage broker, who at some stage was like the handbrake of the deal and with our Bank broker, who delay the home loam manager check with 2 weeks???!!!Me and my wife, we would strongly recommend Mr. Faisal Javed as a Real Estate Agent of higher class. We lived 25 Years in Australia and buy and sell properties, but I never face a complete professional as Mr. Faisal JavedMrs. Dafinka Nikolova andMr. Dessislav Dimitrov
