Having already purchased a property in Dubai recently, I thought I would visit the Dubai Property Roadshow when they visited Glasgow.I spoke with Shoaib for a long time and we discussed Damac opportunities with also other ways to expand my portfolio. We meet Zishan in his Roadshow in Dorchester hotel London last year. He is very competent in his job and we were able to get the best deal buy a property with DAMAC. We revisited him in Dubai in October and he took us to different projects and he spent lots of time explaining everything to us. We were convinced to invest in Dubai as our trip was to see if investment is suitable for us. It was all takes to Zishan’s good presentation that we decided to book a property at DAMAC in Dubai and we are completing our purchase now.

My first time buying a property as a non resident so was very apprehensive but i have to say One Investments made this an extremely smooth process. My experience with One Investments in particular Luaai has been very pleasant. I handed over the property to Luaai to put up for rent as I am not based in the UAE.Luaai took care of everything from picking up the keys once the purchase was complete to listing it, viewings right up to the signing of the tenancy. He even arranged for mutually agreed appliances to be provided for the tenant.I did not have to chase Luaai and I was surprised at how quickly a tenant had been found.One Investments have provided me an end to end service from purchasing the property to arranging the tenancy and I have no complaints about the service and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

Ali Ibrahim and I had our initial discussion one Saturday morning. The next Saturday after that discussion was deposit being paid. His service was impeccable and he knows the market very well so he was able to give advice on the matters that I raised concerns on. He also meant it when he said “at your service ANYTIME”. There was never a time when I got in touch with him that he did not respond- even if it is 4am in Dubai! I am very grateful to have found someone like him whom I can work with.
