They were incredibly knowledgeable about the regulations and had strong connections with the Trustee office, knew the in and out, which made the process smooth and straightforward. They coordinated directly with the seller, developer, the management company, the gas company, the current tenant without me getting involved. Rented my apartment through Gisberg and it was a very smooth and professional experience. He helped me with documents, sped up the move-in process based on my needs and was very fast to respond to any questions (and I had a lot!).
