I personally have a very good experience with orient gate and this is my second year with them , the maintenance is perfect and their highly professional employees are their secret for this success especially ( rosalie ) moving from a studio to 1 BHk was super smooth without charging any additional fees and the contract process was super smooth as they handle everything ..Looking forward to stay within these properties for years ahead .

I have been trying to search for 1 bedroom in residence 4, but when called, it was told that none are available.Now, after some time, I again saw and called again. I came to know it was not available. Property is managed well yet their must be people at the listing job who arent doing their job well.

I have been tenant with orient gate for the last 2 years and honestly speaking , they were always treating from day one as a professional and expert , best services quality and great rental, here I would like to mention the name of Mr Prakash who was the key person who always made a great support and proper follow up , I advise everyone to deal with orient gate real estate specially their projects based in JVC residence VI tower , best of luck
