Ocean Height is a stunning luxury residential tower in the Dubai Marina, excellent to live in or for family with private parking.Best strategic location as close to the highway Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, Emirates Golf Club, few minutes from the public beach, Eye of Dubai and much more.The sky tower Ocean Height Tower is located just next to tram station well connecting to The Walk, Beach, restaurants, coffee shops.It has a supermarket opposite the main entrance.Excellent choice apartment in Dubai Marina.

The building is located just next to tram station.It has carrefour as well many fast food restaurants in surroundingFinding a parking is a miracleOther then building is clean with great security best part is the entrance to buildingNo play area for kids trueBut inside building you have many facilities which can be benfit to people staying there

I really like this because the view is too amazing and the other thing that this place is fully new and lift is too good staff is too good dealing with coustumer the good and friendly that wht i really like this place again the view is too good near to tram sitting area parking also outside for new please bring your id with you and also information about where you want to goo thats why i am saying plam jumeirah view sea view and other views all Dubai good air systems and peoples living there is very good .......................

This is Ocean Hight Tower by DAMAC. Its fair building with nice ocean view for front side apartment. The major problem in this building is parking for visitors and limited parking for residence. DAMAC has their Marina sales office in ground floor that offering sales for new projects.
