We have used PH Real Estate on 3 occasions over the past 3 years and have been very impressed each time. Most recently we sold our house and James Nevitt was our broker. He is an absolute legend! Our house was a tricky one to sell, but James managed to do it for us. He consistently went above and beyond for us. He was always available to answer and clarify any questions that we had. Not only is James completely professional, he also connects on a personal level and has been able to advise us as we search for our next property in the U.K.However, on a lighter note, James has also cost me money and time. Aside from our property sale and upcoming purchase, James has shown my husband his incredible collection of guitars and my husband now expects me to purchase a new guitar for him for Christmas (as well as various other gadgets and paraphernalia that James has shown him.) My son has requested that I upgrade his computer for Christmas so that he can play the games James recommended to him. And I find myself spending hours in the kitchen baking sourdough loaves for James as he is a total bread fiend. They do say that the smell of freshly baked bread and brewed coffee in a show house helps to make the sale, but this has become out of control now. Having said all that, I would recommend James and PH Real Estate without a moment’s hesitation.

The stars however are for Emma (one of the agents), not the agency. In all honesty, shes a perfect combination of a wolf and a shark. Give her your expectations and shell run with them! If you want an agent thats almost annoyingly driven to get you the house youre looking for, look no further: Emmas got your back!
