    We bought an apartment at the end of 2024 through the Primo Capital Real Estate agency. We worked with Natalia Logunova. I would like to leave positive feedback about our cooperation. Our selection process was not the fastest; for 3+ months Natalya showed us different options in different areas of Dubai. As we became familiar with them, our requirements for the size of the apartment (and, accordingly, the budget) changed, Natalya managed to quickly adapt to these changes. As a result, we looked at a huge number of apartments and at the end of October we were finally able to make a choice and decide to purchase. We managed to close the deal during November (we had a deadline of December 1, although in the end it turned out that we could have chosen longer, but it’s important that we made it on time by the planned date). Natalya is a very punctual, responsible and client-oriented person, pleasant and easy to communicate with. She steadfastly endured all our long hesitations and doubts and never rushed to make a decision.     In late summer 2024, my husband and I confidently contacted the real estate agent Vanessa Lenger to find a suitable property to rent for us in Dubai. Because we wanted to emigrate to Dubai in autumn 2024. We were only here in Dubai for 1 week in late summer to prepare as much as possible for our move. We met the real estate agent Vanessa Lenger quite easily in a nice cafe and she asked us about our wishes and budget expectations.
