    Big shout out to Sultan who was the sales agent for the property we purchased. He is professional, well dressed and shows up on time and always available for anything you need. This is my first experience with a real estate agent where you feel he deserved the commission paid as he puts a lot of effort and work. He definitely deserves a raise as almost 50% of the decisions we took over the property was because of how easy it was to coordinate with him and to get assistance.

    We bought an apartment at the end of 2024 through the Primo Capital Real Estate agency. We worked with Natalia Logunova. I want to leave a positive review of our cooperation. Our selection process was not the fastest, for 3+ months Natalia showed us different options in different areas of Dubai. As we got acquainted with them, our requirements for the size of the apartment (and, accordingly, the budget) changed, Natalia managed to quickly adapt to these changes. As a result, we looked at a huge number of apartments and at the end of October were finally able to make a choice and decide on the purchase. We managed to close the deal during November (we had a deadline until December 1, although in the end it turned out that we could have chosen longer, but it is important that we made it by the planned date). Natalia is a very punctual, responsible and customer-oriented person, pleasant and easy to communicate with. She steadfastly endured all our long tossing and turning and never rushed us to make a decision.     In late summer 2024, my husband and I contacted real estate agent Vanessa Lenger with the request to find a suitable property to rent for us in Dubai. We were planning to move to Dubai in autumn 2024. We were only in Dubai for one week in late summer to prepare as much as possible for our move. We met with real estate agent Vanessa Lenger in a friendly cafe, and she asked us about our wishes and budget. After we had discussed our requirements in detail, she immediately suggested a possible region and community here in Dubai. In her opinion, this community would be a great fit for us. We arranged to meet the very next day to view the property. She had several apartments on different floors in this community. When we drove into the community, we immediately found it idyllic, and we loved it. We were pleasantly surprised, as we hadnt heard much about this community in Dubai before. When she showed us the apartments, we fell in love immediately and were really spoiled for choice as to which one was the nicest. They were all fantastic. Above all, we were absolutely convinced by the quality and location. We jumped at the chance and awarded the contract for an apartment. We can wholeheartedly recommend the real estate agent Vanessa Lenger. She was the only real estate agent who knew how to fully understand our wishes and requirements in a very short space of time, take them seriously, and immediately show us the right properties. The collaboration went smoothly and, of course, as newcomers to Dubai, we had a lot of questions. The real estate agent Vanessa Lenger was available to us at any time and always answered all of our questions in a friendly and competent manner. We had a very good feeling about her. Even after we moved in and although she was no longer technically responsible for us, she was still available to us and answered all of our questions.
