We rented an apartment with the help of Umer. The process was fairly smooth, and Umer is very responsive whenever we have any issues. They agency also has a team of handymen who can come to fix things. The only issue that we had is that there were a lot of things that needed fixing in the apartment, and this wasnt done before we moved in, as agreed. This meant that we had workers coming in and out of the flat for weeks to come. Otherwise, its a professional agency and management company.
