Batoul has been very supportive during the transaction and has accommodated all the requests during the deal. I can safely say that she understands the requirements and ensures that the customer gets the best deal as per the requirements. She has shown her availability at all times requested. During the course of the deal, one of the deal had to be called off due to unfavorable terms to me (the buyer) and she has been very supportive to understand the reasons behind and arrange for alternatives for favorable terms of the deal!
