I have been on the fence on whether getting a snagging company was worth the money or not. Usually, I shop around a lot before settling on a company. This was the exception because from the minute I got in contact with Provident, Youseff showed care, a warm personality, and expertise. He answered every question and was so clear. He followed up when I got too busy to get back to them but was never pushy. And he was so accomodating and even tried to work with my concerns and budget. I didnt even bother shopping around, I knew I was in good hands.They dont usually work on weekends but did so due to my assigned booking. I was assigned Ahmad to handle my townhouse. He was so friendly, honest and communicative. It was estimated that it would take about 2 hours, but, because of all the flaws, he took longer to ensure he covered everything -- he really went out of his way and worked with such impeccable work ethics.If you are on the fence about this, dont think twice! Go with them and youll be in good hands. Without a doubt, they are worth more than what they charge!
