Before moving to Dubai, we had been warned about the possibility of “shady” realtors, who did not actually have the listings they claimed, so we were initially very skeptical. That all changed once we were introduced to Walid Abdulrazzak from Provident. From the moment we met, Walid was kind, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He found us the most incredible apartment that suited our needs, in just one day! As the banking system in Dubai can be quite complicated for foreigners, we encountered many delays in opening our account, which would have resulted in our losing the apartment if it wasn’t for Walid. He communicated our issues with the owner, ensured that we would be able to move in, and checked on us continually throughout the process. The level of service we received was 100000 out of 10! We never expected that through all of the complications of the banking situation, that we would feel so safe and secure as a result of Walid’s professionalism, which went far above and beyond. We are SO grateful to Walid for his attention to detail, guidance, and extraordinary kindness, and would give this review 500 stars instead of 5 if it was possible. WOW! I worked with Roy AJ, and let me tell you...Im an American. I had no idea how things worked in Dubai. And we had a property that was extremely challenging to buy. I wont get into all the details, but I believe most agents would have just given up.Roy not only was there for me every step of the way, but he solved problems that he really didnt have to solve as an agent. Things that were not even his responsibility. I cannot tell you how different this man is compared to the other people Ive done business with in Dubai.If you are a foreigner, you are going to have immense challenge here. I have been on the fence on whether getting a snagging company was worth the money or not. Usually, I shop around a lot before settling on a company. This was the exception because from the minute I got in contact with Provident, Youseff showed care, a warm personality, and expertise. He answered every question and was so clear. He followed up when I got too busy to get back to them but was never pushy. And he was so accomodating and even tried to work with my concerns and budget. I didnt even bother shopping around, I knew I was in good hands.They dont usually work on weekends but did so due to my assigned booking. I was assigned Ahmad to handle my townhouse. He was so friendly, honest and communicative. It was estimated that it would take about 2 hours, but, because of all the flaws, he took longer to ensure he covered everything -- he really went out of his way and worked with such impeccable work ethics.If you are on the fence about this, dont think twice! Go with them and youll be in good hands. Without a doubt, they are worth more than what they charge!
