Dealt with a few agents while trying to find a place in DIFC. It was quickly apparent that I did not want to work with anyone other than Carmen. She has the network and access for the most sought after buildings. She also did something none of the other agents did properly - Carmen listened. She proposed a solution that exactly met all our requirements. She also did not try to push anything that did not fit. Cannot recommend enough.

My family worked with Pulse a few months ago to purchase property in DIFC for the first time and they had a very good experience. I personally worked with Rula and Rasha to buy another property in DIFC on a deal that took many months to finish and had several complications related to market status, buyer and seller agreements, buying property with an existing tenant, timings, DIFC regulations and processes.Throughout the experience they were both extremely professional and caring in their work with attention to the smallest detail, their extensive experience in the market definitely helped solve the complications of the purchase. Even after the deal was done and the due commission was paid to Pulse, they still continued to help with all related issues of the property, which is rare in Dubai as a lot of agencies are after their commission as soon as possible without really caring for you as a customer.I would highly recommend their work to anyone looking for a professional real estate agency with extensive practical experience of the Dubai real estate market.

Due to a change in personal circumstances I found myself seeking a furnished service property... I thought with well defined requirements my search would be simple. It was only when I met one of the partners from Pulse that I felt confident that I would find what I was looking for. In short I was shown two properties. The first was perfect barring a slightly arabesque feeling to the interior design, I was then shown the second apartment which ticked all the boxes including an interior that I would have designed myself.
