Due to some family circumstances I had to urgently sell my apartment in Motorcity. The market is on the bottom now, so I had to approach to selection of a real estate agent very seriously. I found the profile of Natalie in the Internet. The profile was looking quite realistic comparing to others and I decided to contact Quantum. Everything was pretty fine. Natalie immediately informed me about the apartment price which I can get in order to sale the apartment within the required period of time. Every week she was bringing new buyers and always was in touch to discuss any concerns and to answer my questions. I have to add that their services are not cheap, however they are very professional. As a result, we sold the apartment within the requires time limits and for the desired price. I would like to use this opportunity to thank Natalie and Quantum for all their efforts.

Gina was a great partner in leasing my unit. She was very helpful in organizing access and has delivered timely results in a fairly difficult market. She was very helpful on all logistics including arranging for services beyond the normal call of duties, such as DEWA connection, cleaning services ... etc.I also want to note the help by Natalie who was very supportive also at the initial stage of working on listing of my unit.Quantum seems to have a true professional, well rounded team and are definitely great partners in real estate transactions in Dubai.

I have used their services twice recently, one for renting an apartment and more recently for a purchase. Both experiences have been good, spwcifically the recent purchase. Natalie was an excellent realtor. Very hard working and driven to find a price point that works for both parties. She knows Green Community very well, and I certainly recommend working with her.Quantum loses one star however for the whole coneyencing thing, which was a highly recommended, but “optional” service. I wouldn’t recommend anyone use the convencying company unless the price is dramatically dropped to about 2-3k. It’s not worth what we were charged since the buyer, seller and banks do most of the work after MOU.
