If you want to look for a room in Ras Al Khaimah, I suggest RakRealEstate . The service is good and if you go directly to their office without going through an agent, they will do all the things correctly for you.All the staff in the office were very friendly.The service from the time we take the room to the time we move out is good. Room Maintenance service is also good. -

Prices are high but their service is good and maintenance is also great.Only issue is building rented through them like mine dont have proper watchman for security 24/7 rather all in 1 men who does cleaning and other stuff but can never be seen sitting in lobby area instead in room allotted to him. -
