    I have had exceptional service from the Rare team. I stayed with them long term and they were incredibly accommodating and always helpful. Sarah has been especially professional and always willing to go the extra mile no matter what time of day. During my stay Noreen and her cleaning team have also been so good always ensuring things were clean and perfect. Really great service throughout my stay. Highly recommend them.

    I had a peaceful staying at this property. This studio apartment is very elegant and fully furnished, with good quality kitchen appliances.     Great for short term rental, Rare homes got spots that are at prime location. Atlantic Marina, and Majara Tower 2 these two places are close to almost everything you beach, shopping food and more. Will use it again.

    I had a good stay at Damac celestia managed by Rare Holiday homes.Property was well managed and good taken care of.Staff have been cooperative and responsive especially Mr Zeeshan have been wonderful.Even for a small thing he was just a message away irrespective of the time.Totally worth for the money.

    This is a great way to register. The service of Manager Zeeshan is very good, attentive, and the attitude to service is excellent. I solved all the issues very quickly . We lived in the apartment for 4 months and everything was fine . The support service and Zeeshan promptly and perfectly helped in all situations.

    If I could, I would give even more stars to this amazing agency. They were absolutely exceptional! Every time I messaged Sarah, she was always very professional, attentive, and sweet. Anything I needed regarding maintenance was addressed the same day. The maintenance team is very friendly and respectful as well. We had an issue with the washing machine, and they replaced it with a brand new one within a few days.The studio itself is very nice, peaceful, and cozy.     Our stay at 1 bdr apartment in Marina Quay West was beyond our expectations. The check in/out instructions were clear and concise. We arrived late at night, however, security guy was available in ythe lobby to greet us in. The unit itself was very clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you need for comfortable stay.The view from the windows was spectacular, especially at night. Later we found out that location couldn’t be better- on the canal right in the middle of Dubai Marina - making it very easy to access either beach, Marina Mall, Metro or Tram, a lot of places for breakfast, lunch or dinner around. Also the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking yourself.We really enjoyed our stay there. And if we ever come back to Dubai, we definitely will stay here with RARE HOMES! Thank you!

    Zeehan was an amazing host! The place is cosy and clean the balcony is spacious!     My AC unit failed with 46 degrees outside. The compressor had failed which is a big and expensive job. RARE were able to liaise with the landlord, get approval and get the compressor replaced without delay. Good service.
