I had an extremely pleasant and seamless rental process. I’ve had really bad experiences in the past with regards to rental agents and processes, but this was significantly different and incredibly professional. My agent was Navid khan and he was outstanding. All information was presented upfront and the process was very transparent, so there were no surprises. What stood out to me the most was that even after I’d signed my lease and moved into my apartment, he still made himself available to answer any questions I had and wanted to ensure that I had the most stress free experience.
