I had a great experience with real estate agent Dmitriy Guzovdi. He is extremely professional and genuinely kind. We were looking for a 2 bedrooms appartment with a certain budget and in a certain location. Dmitriy kindly helped us throughout the whole process. He made us visit so many units and was very patient and understanding. For once it was an open communication with a real estate agent, usually they are very pushy in Dubai and they don’t listen to the customer’s needs. 5 stars + 2 more. I am Lebanese with Ukrainian family.i was fortunate to contact Dimitri whilst looking for a flat to rent. It was difficult for me and my wife to agree the same flat. So we were arguing as to which is best but we always ended with a dead end. Dimitri was intelligent enough to recognize the magnitude of the conflict and to handle these differences in a distanced enough yet smart, clear and straight forward manner. During this extensive communication he was transparent, articulate, clear and to the point. No beating around the bush. What made the deal possible was his competency in having all the right answers to rather tough questions. I command him on his ability to communicate in English which was evident throughout the whole process. The latter was not as simple due to many conflicts one of which was acutely personal. Dimitri handled the situation cleverly without even asking a single personal question in relation to my personal problem. He was honest, open and direct to the point. One more thing, Dimitri did not end his effort with the delivery of a contract but he followed up on the process of making other services such as DEWA and Empower, parking facility, delivery of flat, etc...within easy reach. He simply made my life easy. I want to thank him and recommend him strongly to anyone who would be involved in renting a house. I am sure he will be your perfect problem solver as he is now my hero.
