We appreciate the good service of Fayaz from the Maintenance Team. Things get done faster when reaching out to him directly versus the app. On a side note, the fire alarm sound is really disturbing especially during the early morning hours. I hope they can do something about this. -

We had an issue with the kitchen heater which has drippings on wall when turned on. I called Fiaz to assist so we can proceed on the daily chores, and he was very fast and efficient together with Azhar and Anwaz. Great Team and support all the time. Thank you -

We are in Matar Saif 304, our request thru app and calls was always adressed and fixed very quickly. Thumbs up to Fiaz who always assisted us, He is very keen to details and always attentive. Every time we have requests, big or small he is always there to give his helping hand. As well as great job to our presently watchmen who is always available in every time we need him, watching over the building and assisting us. -
