Surprised to see just one other review, and even more suprised that its a negative one. My experience has been great, Bilal was always available to answer my questions and relay info between myself and owner, and helped me negotiate payment terms as well. Also remained reachable in the months after the deal was signed, good character and friendly nature. I would recommend Room N Roof for your Real Estate requirements. -

I dealt with a gentleman called Bilal. He communicated clearly and was able to provide videos etc prior to viewing the apartment which was really helpful. He dealt directly with the owner quickly and was able to give me answers to my questions. It was a good experience, all in all, and I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property in Dubai. -
