Given that I recently moved to Dubai, I had very little knowledge of the rental process. Kristina’s knowledge and expertise made me feel comfortable and confident.     Im not used to posting comments but I want to share my experience.There are an impressive number of brockers in Dubai and it is very difficult to sort them out.I was lucky enough to come across the Rosenheim agency for my purchase project in Dubai.And especially the chance to be accompanied by Zarina.Unlike other Brockers who sell you dreams, push you and put pressure on you to buy anything without worrying about your requirements.Zarina was very attentive she quickly understood and identified my need. And above all endowed with an extreme patience to offer me the best option that corresponds exactly to my need.

    Totally recommend it! This agency has the best properties I have seen in Dubai. All of the units I visited and got offered, had a very nice set up, clean, well maintained and furnished in a very stylish way. The attention from Kristo was the most helpful.     My husband and I moved to Dubai 3 months ago. It was a real challenge to find an apartment that would meet all our criteria and still be within the budget. Ray from Rosenheim Luxury Properties was the only real estate agent among dozens of them who really felt us and understood what we wanted. She found the best apartment in Dubai for us.We started disappointing in Dubai real estate market, but then Ray appeared and made us happy. Now we have a sweet and cozy home. Moreover, Ray and the agency managed to tackle several issues which came up during the renting process.     I have rented 4 different apartments in my time in dubai, this was the first time it felt like my realtor had my best interest at heart.My realtor was Ray, throughout the entire process she made it feel like it had the importance and urgency of it being her own house.
