I would not move home under anyone else and have been delighted with the service of the property management team since we moved to our new home in January 2021.I had perceived Savills to be more expensive - theyre not. Typical 5% commission for tenants.I had expected to be a small part of a very big client base and feel small as a consequence. Mike Sanchez made us feel like the only people on his client list. His expert opinion on the Umm Suqeim area, his continued assistance as we worked through a snagging list, his attention to detail and fact that he is a lovely human made him a complete joy to work with.As we have settled in I have been shocked and amazing by how accommodating our on-site support is. Our watchman Moorthi also acts as a general fixer of all things - from leaking taps to kids shelving he is accessible, speedy and extremely kind.The property - under Savills management - is beautifully maintained and we really couldnt be happier with Savills.
