Very professional management, the building is one of the old buildings in difc but still looks clean and everything is perfect, the security guys are helpful and pro. They wash the parkings every month or two. The maintinance team are pro as well. Im happy living here and appreciate the good service i get as a tenant. -

One of best residential and office towers in shz road. Just attached to Emirates Tower metro station. Very nice view in higher floors. -
