My experience with the agent Jean Mari exceeded all my expectations. She helped me in every single step of my journey. Since the beginning she was the only agent that understood my profile and the apartment I was looking for, she only showed me properties that matched my expectations. She always answered any of my silly questions in a few minutes on WhatsApp and made herself available to fit in my schedule (even when she was on Christmas holidays or meeting me at the airport 6am). She went above and beyond helping me dealing with all the legalities of buying a property, she took my stress as hers and I can see she did everything possible to make my journey as smooth as possible. I would recommend her with my eyes closed and cannot thank her enough.
